1.Do customers have to include ‘Texder’ and my 4-digit code to receive my message?
Yes. Texder is the keyword we use to confirm that the sender is opting-in to receive your message.
2.If I change my outgoing message, is the new message automatically sent to everyone.
No. Requesters are making a one-time request for more information. Besides, pricing is based on the number of texts sent on your behalf. You’d burn through your allotments pretty quickly if every requester received a new message every time you fixed a typo.
3.What can I use Texder for for?
You may be far more creative than we, so we’ll leave that up to you. A better question is what can’t I use it for?

Terms of use
1. Description of purpose:
The purpose of this website is to facilitate the use of SMS (text-) messaging by the public, to convey informational content to persons with interest. The spirit of the intent is when someone notices a service or product for offer, he or she can request further information by sending a SMS request to our SMS destination number. The request will be queried and the available information associated with this product or service is transmitted back to the mobile device where this request originated.
2. Length of Service:
Subscribers are able to post this information for a 30 day period. The amount of messages that we will process will be determined by the choosen payment option, as follows:
- $10.00 allocates 80 messages.
- $20.00 allocates 165 messages.
- $50.00 allocates 420 messages.
- $100.00 allocates 910 messages.
- $0.11 for each message processed beyond the above mentioned allocations during the 30 days(1).
- Other options available for long-term and/or high volume (contact us)

(1)You will receive an invoice if any additional messages were processed within one month after the period expired.
The start date can be determined by the subscriber during the registration process. The start date always defaults to the next day (local time), but can be changed into the future and the expiration date will be determined by this starting date and the selected payment option. The exact time of expiration will be midnight of the expiration date.
The length of service can be altered only upwards. No proration will occur.
If you have an item that needs to be extended in time, please inform the administrator.
There will be no refunds if an item is removed while it is active, i.e. at a time between the start and end dates. However, the content can be changed by the subscriber at any time during this period.

3. Information ownership and handling:
The personal information you give us during the registration process is the least we can ask you in order for us to identify you, the customer. The sole purpose of this information is to expedite notification from us regarding the status of your subscription and other customer service related matters. The information you provide is handled with respect, remains your property and enjoys the privilege of our Privacy Statement.
Financial information is never captured by us and is routed entirely outside our technology systems (including host- and wireless communications providers), directly to the payment processor.
4. Message length restriction:
The message content is limited to 160 characters due to message length limitations imposed by the wireless network architecture.
Please contact the administrator if your needs exceed this limitation.
5. Message content consideration:
We advise you to make your content short and to the point. A contact number can be embedded in the text that will be available to the requester mobile device (if so capable) to act as a reply-to number when the send button is pressed while reading the message. No special action is required from the subscriber, our system will automatically detect this.
Since this service is intended to broadcast subscriber generated messages to the public we ask you to use common sense and demonstrate socially accepted descent behavior.
We will refuse service when the content solicits illegal activity or products and offerings of pornography, weapons [...] in any form or format.
6. Payment amount:
The amount you pay covers a reasonable use of the texder.com technologies. It covers our costs of operation which mostly consists of technology equipment, software, lease payments to our providers, marketing and the time to monitor, maintain and update the required systems (including this website).
7. Notification of additional costs:
Although the cost of data storage, communication facilities and wireless transmission to the information requester are covered, the initial request transmission to obtain the information, is not. Thus the transmission from the interested party's mobile device will be subject to charges from his or her wireless carrier. These costs vary, but may be as low as $0.11 or as high as $0.35, subject to the contract this subscriber has with the wireless carrier.
Hence, we suggest that the subscriber indicates on the advertisement that standard rates apply to the inquirer. This can be accomplished by adding the verbage: “rates apply” to the advertisement content.
8. Excessive use:
In order to give our subscribers the best possible service, we will monitor mobile phone request behavior for the purpose of identifying excessive use practises.
This behavior is identified as:
- More than 2 sample request to be sent to the same phone, or more than 10 request to different phone numbers from the same (IP-) location in 24hrs.
- More than 5 information requests for one item in a 24 hr period from the same phone number.
- More that 10 information requests to the overall system (any item) in a 24 hr period, from the same phone number.
- Upon notification from the subscriber.
We reserve the right to block any phone number that demonstrates excessive use behavior, as described above.
The duration of the denial of service to a certain phone number is determined on a case-by-case basis and may result in a permanent ban from requesting information from items that are registered on this site (texder.com) .
